The Lemon Mint Cucumber Detox Water

If you want to add a twist to your daily water intake, then this drink should be your new addiction. This lemon, mint and cucumber mix is definitely way better than just having your normal dosage of water. A couple of sips will  instantly boost your metabolism. The ingredients of this detoxifying drink will give you numerous benefits. Cucumber is known to be one of the most hydrating vegetables, and lemon helps reduce fatigue and exhaustion. 

Add a thin slice of lemon, along with two slices of cucumber to your medium sized water cup. Put four mint leaves and stir the drink. For a stronger flavor, leave it to chill in the refrigerator for a couple of hours, or even drink it the next day. The mint will eventually dissolve in the water, leaving it extremely fresh. Believe it or not, this drink will also help you lose weight!
