Where to begin? Diane von Furstenberg Spring/Summer 2014 collection at New York Fashion Week was off the charts. Marvelous pieces made their way onto the run way, showcasing the outstanding collection. If I could sum up the collection in a few words it would be, 'Beams of Sunshine.' The collection screams out happy yet refined, for the woman who will walk into an event, and all eyes will be on her gorgeous dress that compliments her smile. Diane von Furstenberg was clearly inspired by the jungle, as a lot of her dresses were fierce, incorporating the animal print with the fiery colors. Her dresses included a range of long, short, flowy, there were even a few cropped tops.
Trends spotted at Diane von Furstenberg Spring/Summer 2014 collection:

Best thing about Diane von Furstenberg Spring/Summer 2014 collection?
The diversity of her line is exquisite, there is something in her collection for every woman out there. I can guarantee that every single person in the room loved at least two pieces from the show. The finale was spectacular with Naomi Campbell making an appearance on the run way in a gorgeous sequined dress.
Worst thing about it?
I have been racking my brain trying to think of a con for Diane von Furstenberg Spring/Summer 2014 collection. Frankly I couldn't, so I'll take this opportunity to continue the pros: attention to detail was evident in the shoes and bags. Have you seen how awesome the heels are?
