Egyptian designer Mohanad Kojak and Salem Alta Moda for luxurious fabrics, joined forces to create a unique bridal collection. This is Kojak's first bridal collection, and I couldn't wait to see what he has created.
As I took a look at Kojak's bridal collection, which recently made its debut on social media, I couldn't help but notice the dramatic vibes; that's not new for him. Kojak has collaborated with Salem Alta Moda, and he presented five wedding dresses for his first bridal collection. While the collection doesn't consist of many wedding dresses, it is indeed unique.
An interesting fact you should know, is that Kojak's mother starred in
the collection's campaign, as the whole theme is around the mother of the
bride. It tells the story of a mother who advises her daughter, before she hands her to her
husband, and the wishes she makes for the new couple.
To be honest, I really liked the theme of Kojak's first bridal collection; how he developed such a sweet idea to present the new wedding dresses. However, I felt that the video lacked sentiments and models looked gloomy, and didn’t really match the theme. But after all, the beautiful fabrics and effort exerted to create the wedding dresses, took the spot away from everything else.
Kojak's bridal campaign took place at Windsor Palace, located in downtown Cairo, and the photo-shoot was taken by photographer Bilo Hussein. The beautiful makeup was by Kiki Ismail, and the hair-styling was by Heclev and Hewart.
