Pink Lemonade Recipe

You're gathered with your friends on the terrace, and there's a table over there with snacks, fruits and a jar of chilled pink lemonade... That is summer bliss! Pink lemonade is just a twist on the usual lemonade, think of it as an updated version of the good old drink. It's an ideal drink for summer time with a sweet tangy taste, it's so easy to make and doesn't take much time to prepare. Follow the below recipe (makes 12 servings) to make your very own treat of pink lemonade.

What you will need:
- 7 cups water
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 1/2 cups freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 1/2 cups superfine (powder) sugar
- 2 cups cranberry juice

Steps:
In a medium pan, add 1 cup of water and the sugar and bring to a boil over high heat while stirring. After the sugar is dissolved, pour the mixture into a container and refrigerate until it's chilled.

Add 6 cups of cold water, the lemon juice, cranberry juice and superfine sugar to a serving container. Stir all ingredients until sugar is dissolved.

To serve, pour the mixture into a glass, add ice cubes and garnish with lemon slices or strawberries.
