Heba Anwar (Holistic Health Coach)

Heba Anwar is a mother of three, and a holistic health coach. She studied nutrition and coaching at The Institute for Integrative Nutrition, and is the founder of Smart Food by Heba Anwar project. I aim to raise awareness on the impact of our food on our health and general wellbeing, through creating a culture of finding alternatives.
