Menopause is a natural phase that every woman has to go through at a certain time in her life. Menopause is something that you don’t have to be afraid to go through; it just needs mental acceptance to embrace this new phase, knowledge about it, and a good doctor to guide you through the process. Some women might experience menopause symptoms earlier, this is called premature menopause. It could be something genetic or because of a medical procedure.

Here are some of the menopause symptoms a woman experiences: hot flashes, headaches, insomnia, fatigue, depression, racing heart, vaginal dryness, and bladder control problems. The severity of the symptoms also varies from one woman to another.
