Lazy enough to get your ass on a treadmill or the exercise bicycle? Today, I introduce you to a new type of sit-ups exercise to tone your abs at home with the bicycle crunch exercise. This exercise heats up your upper and lower abdominal muscles.


1. Start with lying on your back, while placing your hands behind your head, with raised legs and knees bent to 90 degrees.

2. Move your legs in a continuous motion as if you're riding a bicycle. 

3. During this process, lift your waist and upper body part up and crunch upwards till your right elbow touches your left knees and vice versa.

4. Repeat this motion for 10 times in three rounds.
