When it comes to food, chili, salty and fried foods aren't really beauty-friendly. There are certain foods that surely triggers acne, pimples and blackheads. Minimize your intake of these foods as much as possible. Replace it with more fruits, vegetables and more water.
2- Constantly Touching Your Face
Keep your hands away from your face. Playing with pimples and blackheads can cause more redness, will probably cause them to be there for a longer time and might lead to further infection. Pat your face with a cotton ball dipped in cold milk mixed with honey for a fresher and glowing skin.

Pay more attention to exfoliating and adding more facial masks to your beauty routine. Very simple homemade masks such as fresh yogurt can be applied directly to your face for a couple of minutes, adding sea salt to your moisturizer can work too.
4- Toothbrush and Toothpaste
Yes it's true! Don't worry we care about your skin and beauty as much as you do. Get an extremely smooth and soft toothbrush, add a mild toothpaste to it, scrub over your blackheads then wash your face with warm water. Trust me, it works like magic!
5- Use Foundation Less
We know how crucial foundation can be in your daily makeup routine, yet the less you use it the better. Too much foundation is most likely to block the pours in your face. Sun exposure and foundation can combine to form undesired blackheads. Make sure to wash your face with soap-free cleanser from 2 to 3 times per day too.
