Versace Launches the Ornamental Collection
When I think about Italian fashion, Versace is always on top of mind.
Being one of the most iconic Italian brands (founded in Milan in 1978), Versace just launched the
Ornamental Collection, paying tribute to the restored Galleria Vittorio
Emanuele II and to the city of Milan.
After helping to rebuild Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II, one of the world's oldest shopping malls in Milan, Versace launched a dedicated capsule collection, including models for men and women. The Ornamental Collection, which consists of bags and sneakers, is all decorated with a special print in bright tones, that combines the iconic heritage of the Versace brand and symbolic images of the dome of the Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II.
Pieces from the Ornamental Collection will be sold this month at the newly opened Versace boutique at Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II, and online on the brand's official website.
