#Ddressie: Deana Shaaban and Tarek AbdelKawi Join Forces with Essie
No need for your mind to wander off. Yes, a very creative and unique project has come to life, with fashion designer Deana Shaaban, and artist Tarek AbdelKawi, who joined forces with Essie.
What did they do?
Well, the trio made the impossible possible, by turning a dress into a piece of art.
How did they do it?
It started with more than 500 bottles of Essie nail polish, and a few sleepless nights. Deana Shaaban, designed and created her very own dress, and Tarek AbdelKawi, used the Essie nail polish colors of the season to turn a plain dress, to a colorful design.
The collaboration was documented from the very beginning until the Ddressie came to life, so be sure to check out the Ddressie Diary through #Ddressie.
Now scroll down, and take a look at the Ddressie, a collaboration between Deana Shaaban, Tarek AbdelKawi and Essie. We’re also showing you snippets from the #Ddressie diary.
If you want to see the Ddressie gown in person, be sure to stop by Left Bank, The Lemon Tree & Co. and ABn’G Zamalek as the dress will be touring these hot spots.
