Fashion is...

Part of everyone’s life, even if they don’t know it yet. Every morning when you open your closet, you choose to wear this top with that bottom with, etc. why?

What is your signature style, and how did you develop it?

Monochrome outfits. I am absolutely obsessed with wearing black and white. I often pair my black or white outfit with a pop of color, weather it’s a bag, earrings or shoes.

What does your winter shopping wishlist include?

- Black genuine leather pants.

- Leather thigh high skinny boots.

- Black backpack (preferably by Stella McCartney).

- Bib collar (to wear under big sweaters, giving the impression I am wearing a shirt under the sweater).

- Big black sunglasses.

- Tights, tights, tights, and tights (you can never own too many tights, because they will never last me more than one outing).

A styling tip you live by...

Proportions are everything. And always wear what looks good on your height and body shape!

How to take the perfect selfie?

Never have the camera right in front of you, take the picture from the upper right corner (for right handed people, and the opposite for left handed people) and never pout too much, or just SMILE.

I think it would be clog shoes.

How can you survive a bad hair day?

I actually often go through bad hair days, in winter it’s usually easier to work things out, because I can just throw on a beanie. But the key to fix a bad hair day is definitely dry shampoo, and my favorite picks are Klorane and Batista. It not only cleans your hair, but also it gives it much more volume and life.

What are the three beauty products you can't live without?

- Provoc lip liner #17.

One item you should never splurge on...

Something that is very memorable and striking (clothing wise). Don’t spend so much on something you know you will only wear once, like a sweater with a huge Chanel sign. Yeah, umm, no.

BLACK. BLACK. AND BLACK - I love it.

Do you have any fashion regrets?

I remember when I was around 14, one of the trends at the time consisted of wearing black or colored leggings under a mini skirt. I still can’t believe I actually used to wear that every single day. I know I was much younger back then, but hey, fashion is fashion. But one thing I am sure of, is that in a couple of years, I will be looking back at myself today saying: “ What the heck am I wearing?”
