If there was a fine line between art and fashion, then I can safely say that Karl Lagerfeld has officially blurred it with the Chanel Spring/Summer 2014 fashion show. The iconic designer has transformed the Grand Palais into an art gallery arena for Chanel's latest fashion show; the venue was full of art pieces, paintings and sculptures that formed a backdrop for the models as they walked down the catwalk. As for the models, they looked liked the most fashionable art students that ever existed, with Chanel backpacks and art supplies, wearing very modern versions of the signature Chanel look. A lot of details captured my attention at the Chanel Spring/Summer 2014 fashion show, like the models who wore two bags instead of one, because you can never have too much Chanel! Also, the accessories were dazzling, over-sized pearls that added a flair to the vibrant tweed outfits. Here are my favorite picks from the Chanel Spring/Summer 2014 collection.
