Ever since I saw Kate Bosworth walk down the isle in a custom made Oscar de la Renta wedding gown, I fell in love with his wedding dresses. Don't get me wrong, I am an Oscar girl all the way, ever since Carrie Bradshaw, but I never really paid much attention to his wedding dresses. Anyway, I was super excited to review Oscar de la Renta's collection showcased at Bridal Fashion Week, and bask at the beauty. I expected elegance and exquisite splendor from each piece, and Oscar de la Renta met my expectations.

The Oscar de la Renta Fall 2014 bridal collection has a piece for every girl and it wasn't all ball gowns. Whatever type of wedding dress you are looking for, you will find it in this bridal collection; the A line, the ball gown, off the shoulder, strapless, drama in the back or front etc… Did I mention Kate Bosworth's dress was also included in the collection?

Frankly, it is extremely difficult to pick a favorite piece from Oscar de la Renta's Fall 2014 bridal collection, but a girl has got to make some choices. I would have to go for the ball gown with the corset lace detailing (the first picture). It has that oldies feel to it, but also has that va va voom effect with the layering of the organza and lace. Plus it falls elegantly to the floor! Now that is my kind of wedding dress. What's yours?
