Natasha Petafi Talks to Us About T-shirt Policy

You've probably seen these cool sweaters and t-shirts on bloggers or spotted them in the cutest boutiques. So, we decided to talk to the brains behind T-shirt Policy, Natasha Petafi. From what inspires her to create these statement t-shirts and sweaters to how to style her fabulous pieces, Natasha Petafi talks to us about T-shirt Policy.

Tell us about the moment you got inspired to start T-Shirt Policy?

Since I went to university to study Fashion and Textile, I was always inspired by casual brands, so it came very naturally to me to create T-Shirt Policy. It was something I always wanted to do.

How do you come up with the quirky statement on the t-shirts?

I’m constantly inspired by things around me. Especially the current influence that social media has on us and fashion. There is always a constant design process happening in my head, no matter where I am or what I’m doing. I think a statement t-shirt is all you need, to be on trend.

3.Tell our reader three ways they could style a T-Shirt Policy T-shirt?

1. My favorite would be with an over-sized shirt (roll up the sleeves) and jeans. Perfect with a  pair of white trainers for a day out.

2. I also love T-Shirt Policy paired with a midi skirt, a statement necklace, and a jacket of your choice.

3. T-Shirt Policy sweats are perfect with track pants too.

A woman should always…

Be independent.

What is your day to day style?

Very casual and relaxed.

One piece of clothing you can't live without?

My cozy sweatshirts definitely!

What’s your ultimate shopping experience?

It has to be one with good customer service.

Your all time favorite T-shirt Policy t-shirt is…

The famous Turban Lady.

You recently started making iPhone covers, what made you branch out from just t-shirts?

Just like we all wear t-shirts, we all have phones too, that’s mainly why we wanted to branch out into iPhone covers.

10.What is next for T-Shirt Policy?

A lot more than T-shirts.
