Adding a new flavor to your everyday lunch makes things different. What if you added a new recipe to your table? You've probably tried new recipes from famous cuisines such as Chinese, Italian, Indian or American food. Today, I've brought to you a unique recipe I bet no one of your friends/relatives have tried it before!

Sudanese cuisine is a various tasty one, yet uncommon to try plates from. Many people may think it might be similar to the Indian one, but on contrary, it's actually totally different. Sudanese food is all about using certain spices with certain elements of food along with certain flavors. This cuisine is mainly famous for quick and delicious salads. That's why I've picked you the popular Salatat Dakwa (peanut butter salad) to break the boredom off your dining table in just a few minutes. Follow up for the ingredients and recipe steps:

Ingredients:

3 large tomatoes- diced

1/2 a cucumber- diced

Cluster of spring onions (scallion) - diced

Juice of half a lemon

3-4 tablespoons peanut butter

Salt (for taste)

1/4 cup Water

Steps:

1. Chop up the tomatoes, spring onions and cucumbers into small pieces.

2. Add in the diced pieces in a bowl, and then add between 3-4 tablespoons of peanut butter (depends on the consistency you prefer.)

3. Squeeze in the lemon juice, and add the water. Then, sprinkle a little salt.

4. Mix well until you get a paste-like consistency.

Serve and enjoy!

You can drizzle some sesame oil after the final step if you wish to have a more authentic taste!
