Fresh or frozen, blueberries are always my favorite. It's full of vitamin C, antioxidants and it's great for your metabolism. Imagine a healthy blueberry banana smoothie drink on a hot summer day? Definitely a mood-booster!
What you will need:
2 1/2 Cups frozen blueberries
2 Bananas
1 Tbsp honey
1/2 Cup greek yoghurt
1/2 Cup full cream milk
2 Tbsp sugar
Steps:
1. Place the bananas and blueberries in the blender and leave them to mix well.
2. Pour the milk, yoghurt, and honey to the mixture and blend well. Add the sugar during blending.
3. Serve the super delicious blueberry banana smoothie with frozen blueberries on top.
