Ramadan 2018 is soon coming to an end, so it's time to spice up your Ramadan Iftar menu a bit! That's where the stir-fried egg noodles with vegetables recipe comes in. It's simple, delicious and your family will love it. Here are the easy steps to make stir-fried noodles with vegeatables at home...
Ingredients to make stir-fried noodles with vegetables:
1 pack egg noodles (cook to instructions)
4 handfuls of lettuce (cut small sheds)
1 spring onion (chopped)
2 garlic cloves (minced)
1 red pepper (chopped)
1 carrot (chopped)
2 tbs butter or 3 tbs oil
¼ cup soy sauce
Steps to make stir-fried noodles with vegetables:
1. In a large saucepan, put butter, garlic, onions and stir. Afterwards add the lettuce and keep stirring.
2. Add all ingredients to the saucepan, wait 1 minute, then add the cooked noodles.
3. Pour the soy sauce and stir well, and then add your favorite spices.
Tip: Add chicken or meat to the noodles if you want.
