Tuna Pasta Salad Recipe

The classic tuna pasta salad is definitely one of my favorite snacks or options for a light lunch meal. This delicious salad can be the perfect healthy dish to be prepared in exactly 20 minutes. It's the ideal summer dish!

What you will need: 

1/2 Bag Spiral Pasta

1 Capsicum

1 Medium Red Onion

3 Tomatoes 

1 Tuna Can (no oil)

For dressing:

2 Tablespoons Olive Oil 

2 Tablespoons Corn Oil

2 Tablespoons White Vinegar

1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice

1 Teaspoon Mustard 

1 Teaspoon Honey

4 Tablespoons Basil (chopped)

Steps: 

1. Cook the pasta in a large pot of salted boiling water. During the boiling process, put the capsicum on a hot grill. Leave it to get grilled from 10 to 12 minutes and cut it into strips.

2. Combine the pasta with capsicum strips, onion slices, chopped tomatoes and tuna all on one bowl.

3. Mix all the salad dressing ingredients together then add it to the bowl.

4. Blend all these components together with a spoon, then finally sprinkle the basil on top.
