Tomato Soup + Chicken with Lemon Sauce + Crepe with Nutella and Bananas

Tomato Soup

Main Dish
Chicken with Lemon Sauce
What you will need:
4 chicken breasts
1/4 cup of lemon juice
1 big onion
4 cloves of garlic
1 cube of chicken stock
1 1/2 cup of heavy cream
2 Tbsp of flour
1 Tbsp of butter
2 Tbsp of oil
Salt & Pepper
Steps:
1. Start by cooking the chicken breast in a frying pan with the butter, garlic and onions. Stir regularly until you feel that the chicken is ready.
2. In another bowl, add the oil, flour, heavy cream, lemon juice, chicken stock and salt and pepper. Stir thoroughly until you feel the sauce has become heavy and creamy.
3. Pour the sauce you just made on the chicken breasts you cooked in a serving tray, and decorate the sides of the tray with slices of lemon.
Dessert
Cepe with Nutella and Bananas
What you will need:
2 eggs
1 cup of milk
1 tsp of sugar
1/2 cup of flour
1 pack of vanilla
1 jar of nutella
2 bananas
Butter (a lot of it)
Salt
Steps:
1. Start off by preparing the batter for the crepe by mixing the eggs, vanilla, sugar and milk in a bowl first. Once they are fully mixed and bubbles form, add the flour and six table spoons of melted butter. Mix thoroughly until batter is creamy and has a beige color.
2. Melt one tablespoon of butter in a pan, to grease it up before cooking the crepe batter.
3. Using a ladle, fill it with batter and pour it evenly onto the pan. Cook it for a few minutes in low heat and be sure to flip it. Do this until the batter is finished.
4. Once the crepes are done, assemble them on a flat surface.
5. Now it's time to fill them up! Add the nutella and slices of banana, then serve.
