The below ingredients serve 2 – 4 people.
INGREDIENTS:
20 Large Fresh Shrimps
1 Green Bell Pepper
1 Red Bell Pepper
1 Medium Onion
2 Pineapple Chunks
⅓ cup Rice Vinegar
¼ cup Brown Sugar
2 tbsp Ketchup
1 tbsp Soy Sauce
½ cup Water
STEPS:
1. Combine and bring to boil the rice vinegar (could be substituted with a bit watered regular vinegar), brown sugar, ketchup, soy sauce and water.
2. Cut the peppers, onion and pineapple chunks into cubes, stir-fry and add to the sauce.
3. Using a wok, stir-fry the shrimps until they are cooked.
4. Pour the sauce over the shrimp and serve hot.
