Aya Embabi

Aya Embabi is a registered dietitian nutritionist in the U.S. and she has a Bachelors degree in Biology from the University of Texas at Dallas, and a Masters degree in Clinical Nutrition from University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center. Besides being a major foodie (aren’t we all?), she's very interested in the link between food and nutrition and our health and well-being. All the nutrition and diet-related claims that you hear from others or see online can be overwhelming, but it’s much easier when the information is taken from credible sources and is provided in a clear, concise, and interesting way…which is what she's here to help with!
