Aya Ragheb is a fat loss and sports nutritionist, health advocate and a former handball player. She is IGNITE Egypt head nutritionist and the founder and creator of Nourished by AR. Following her passion for Nutrition, Aya created Nourished by AR; a platform that promotes wellness and mindful eating.
