To cut or not to cut? Celebrities have been choosing the 'cut' option lately, I don't know how they do it, but they manage to pull it off flawlessly. I have enough trouble going in for a trim, let alone a hair cut. Can you imagine how much courage one should have to actually chop off their long locks. Nevertheless, an extreme amount of patience is needed for your hair to grow out. In addition to that, a lot of creativity when it comes to styling, because your choices are limited with a short hair cut. What I noticed, is that the stars who opt for the short cut, exert more effort with their makeup and accessories making their new haircut truly work in their favor.
