In a world where everything is based on how you look and how you dress, only few people understand that real beauty shines from within. And how these 16 celebrities spoke their mind on positive body image is actually mind blowing. You scroll down your Instagram account and see pictures of perfect figure women and then you drown in sorrows of how your body looks. These celebrities will tell you how they have been judged and how they are struggling too with body image although they are considered flawless human beings. You need to sit back, take a deep breath and accept the fact that you need to be only healthy physically and mentally. Whether you’re skinny or curvy, it doesn’t matter, what matters is when you look into that mirror you feel happy, this is what you need to work on, loving yourself.

1. Kate Hudson

"I’m pretty comfortable with my body. I’m imperfect, the imperfections are there. People are going to see them, but I take the view, you only live once."

2. Jennifer Lawrence

"The media needs to take responsibility for the effect that it has on our younger generation. Why aren’t we regulating things like calling people fat."

3. Khloe Kardashian

"I’m proud of my body, I’m finally loving me for me, and not for somebody else’s standards."

4. Amy Schumer

"I have a belly, and I have cellulite and I still deserve love."

5. Taylor Swift

"I definitely have body issues, but everybody does. When you come to the realization everybody does that, even the people you consider flawless, you can start to live with the way you are."

6. Adele

"I’ve never wanted to look like models on the cover of a magazine. I represent a majority of women and I’m very proud of that."

7. Rebel Wilson

"Even when I’m playing someone called ‘Fat Amy’ I’m all about confidence and attitude."

8. Demi Lovato

"I’m not going to sacrifice my mental health to have the perfect body."

9. Rihanna

"You have to remember that it’s not practical or possible for an everyday woman to look like models. Being size zero is a career in itself so we shouldn’t try and be like them. it’s not realistic and it’s not healthy."

10. Jennifer Lopez

"When I first started out. I had a manager who told me, you have to lose weight, you’re too big. Your butt’s too big! I think that’s a big deal for women. You should be proud of who you are and not conform to what everybody else thinks is perfect. there’s no perfect, none of us are perfect. we’re all beautiful."

11. Cindy Crawford

"Even I don’t wake up looking like Cindy Crawford."

12. Kate winslet

- When you’re 21 you think, oh god, when I’m nearly 40 I’ll look really old and wrinkly. And I actually I quite like the way I like. I feel ok about myself these days.

- As a child, I never heard one woman say to me, "I love my body". Not my mother, my elder sister, my best friend. No one woman has ever said, "I am so proud of my body." So I make sure to say it to Mia [her daughter], because a positive physical outlook has to start at an early age.

13. Jennifer Anniston

"You’re damned if you’re too thin and, you’re damned if you’re too heavy. According to the press I’ve been both. It’s impossible to satisfy everyone and I suggest we stop trying."

14. Kate upton

"I feel confident with myself, and if that inspires other women to feel confident with their bodies. Great."

15. Selena Gomez

"I feel very empowered and confident and comfortable with where I am. And I think it took me a long while to get there because, you know, the past year was so interesting because I've never been body-shamed before ... I did gain weight, but I don't care."

16. Tyra Banks

"Women should understand that there is no such thing as standard beauty."
