If you're a big movie buff and love to watch all the new international releases, you're probably waiting for the Oscars 2020 award show that'll be airing on the 9th February from Los Angeles. If you're missing the actual ceremony, then you need to check this page for all the news about The Oscars 2020 winners, celebrity red carpet looks and all the iconic moments that will be remembered for years to come.

Here is everything you need to know about the Oscars 2020:

This is the second year in Oscars history that the ceremony is held without a host, however there is an excellent list of celebrity presenters who will be announcing the winners such as Olivia Colman, Penelope Cruz, Steve Martin, James Corden, Keanu Reeves, Rami Malek, and many more...

The biggest competitor of the night in terms of nominations, is the movie Joker with 11 nominations, followed by The Irishman, 1917 and Once Upon a Time...In Hollywood with 10 nominations each.

It's also notable that the monster network Netflix has earned 24 nominations at the 2020 Oscars thanks to the epic crime movie The Irishman (10 nominations), Noah Baumbach's Marriage Story (6 nominations) and Fernando Meirelles' Two Popes (3 nominations)

The Academy has also announced that they'll be paying tribute to NBA legend Kobe Bryant who was killed in an helicopter crash. He received his first and only Oscar in 2018 for writing and producing the short animation movie Dear Basketball.

- Ford v Ferrari, the movie stars Christian Bale and Matt Damon.

- The Irishman, starring the legendary trio Robert De Niro, Al Pacino and Joe Pesci and directed by Martin Scorsese.

- Jojo Rabbit, the movie based on a Christine Leunens' novel Caging Skies and stars Scarlett Johansson and Roman Griffin Davis.

- Joker, the psychological thriller starring Joaquin Phoenix.

- Little Women is a re-adaptation of Louisa May Alcott's classic novel of the same name.

- Marriage Story, it's a Drama film starring Scarlett Johansson and Adam Driver.

- 1917 is a British war movie directed and produced by Sam Mendes.

- Once Upon A Time...In Hollywood, the movie that finally brought Leonardo DiCaprio and Brad Pitt together on the big screen.

- Parasite, the dark comedy Korean movie written and directed by Bong Joon-Ho.

Where to watch the Oscars 2020:

This year's Academy Awards 2020 will be live broadcasted on ABC in the USA, and exclusively on OSN in the Middle East & North Africa. It starts on Monday 10th February 2020 at 1 AM Cairo Time.

If you missed it, fear not, for here is the most memorable moments at the 2020 Oscars red carpet and award ceremony:

1. Rebel Wilson & James Corden appear on stage in cat costumes to present the award for Best Visual Effects.

2. After winning the Oscars in 2003 but missing the event, American Rapper Eminem made a surprise appearance to perform the same winning song 'Lose Yourself' at the Oscars 2020.

3. The Korean movie Parasite -that's been sweeping many international awards this year- won 4 Oscars: Best Original Screenplay, Best International Feature Film, Best Director and Best Motion Picture. The speech that writer and director Bong Joon-Ho made when he won best director honored the legendary directors nominated alongside him especially Martin Scorsese, who he looked up to since he was studying film making. Scorsese got a standing ovation for being Bong's inspiration. This is also the first time ever a movie not in the English language won an Oscar for Best Picture.

4. Billie Eilish delivers a beautiful and moving rendition of The Beatles' Yesterday for the 'In Memoriam' segment that honors all the film makers we lost last year.
