What you will need:
1 Lettuce
1 Can sweet corn
1 cucumber
1 Cup croutons
1 Cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 Cup shredded Turkey breast
1/2 Cup ranch dressing
2 Boiled eggs (cut into halves)
2 Tomatoes (cut into wedges)
Steps:
1. Wash the lettuce and cut it into large strips.
2. Arrange the lettuce in a large bowl and add the Turkey strips, tomatoes, cucumber, cheddar cheese, and sweet corn and toss well..
3. Peel the boiled eggs, cut them and place them in the bowl along with the croutons. Add the ranch dressing on top for some garnish and enjoy your salad!
