Ingredients
- 3 slices toasted white or wheat bread
- Mayonnaise
- Mustard
- Half an avocado, sliced
- 3 slices smoked or grilled turkey
- Two slices of cheddar cheese
4 slices luncheon meat (if desired)
- 1 tomato cut into slices
- 1 lettuce leaf
Steps
1. Arrange the toast side by side on a clean surface and spread the mayonnaise and mustard on one side of each piece.
2. On the first piece of toast, spread and press the avocado evenly.
3. Place the turkey on top of the avocado, then place two slices of Cheddar cheese.
4. Next, place the second slice of toast on top of the cheese.
5. Cut the luncheon meat in half and place it on the toasted bread, put the tomato slices on top of the luncheon, then lettuce.
5. Finally, place the third slice of bread on top, mayonnaise facing down.
6. Hold the sandwich layers together by piercing them evenly with toothpicks.

Ingredients
- 6 slices of brown toast
- 6 tablespoons mayonnaise
- Two cans of tuna
- A lemon
Steps
1. Place 3 slices of brown toast. Using a butter knife, spread 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise on one side of the bread slices.
2. Spread a whole can of tuna evenly on 3 slices of bread.
3. Squeeze the lemon on the tuna.
4. Assemble the sandwiches by placing the mayonnaise next to the bread on top of the tuna.

Ingredients
- 6 lettuce leaves, cut into small pieces
- Two slices of luncheon or turkey
- 1/2 cup shredded grilled chicken
- 1/4 cup medium chopped tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons feta cheese
- 1 chopped boiled egg
- Balsamic vinegar
- 2 large pieces of burrito bread
- Half of a ripe avocado, cut into thin slices

1. In a large bowl, combine lettuce, luncheon meat, shredded chicken, diced tomatoes, feta cheese, and chopped eggs together with the balsamic vinegar.
2. On a flat surface, place a piece of burrito bread, then place half of the mixed salad on top of the burrito bread and distribute half of the avocado slices along the top of the salad.
3. Starting at the edge of the burrito bread closest to you, forcefully slide the salad into the burrito and roll. Using a serrated knife, cut the burrito in half and repeat the burrito process with another piece of burrito bread, the remaining salad, and avocado.
4. Store in an airtight container and eat within 8 hours.

- 4 pieces of white bread
- 4 pieces of hot dog
- Ketchup
- Mayonnaise
- 25 g (1/4 cup) shredded cheddar cheese
Steps
1. Cook the hot dogs in a pan with a tablespoon of oil for three minutes.
2. Spread a spoonful of mayonnaise on the white bread, then place the hot dog on top.
3. Put some grated cheese on each piece of bread containing the hot dog, then place the bread on a tray.
4. Use the oven grill for one minute to melt the cheese over the hot dog.
5. Garnish with ketchup and mayonnaise as desired.

- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons mustard
- French bread sliced in half horizontally
- Roast beef slices
- Roasted red pepper, sliced
- 3 lettuce leaves
Steps
1. In a small bowl, mix sour cream, mayonnaise, and mustard until completely combined.
2. Spread half of the sour cream mixture on the cut side of the bottom half of the bread, then spread the remaining mixture over the other half of the bread.
3. On the bottom half of the bread, layer the roasted peppers, roast beef, and lettuce.
4. Cover the remaining half of the bread.
