Did you get bored of white pasta sauce, red sauce or even brown sauce? Time to experiment more and add some taste to your pasta. If you're a lemon and garlic lover, then this lemon garlic pasta should be your next dish.
What you will need:
1 Pack of your choice of macaroni
6 Tbsp lemon juice
3 Tbsp minced garlic
1/4 Cup parsley
1/2 Cup olive oil
1/2 Cup shredded parmesan cheese
4 Tsp chicken stock
1/2 Tsp pepper
Steps:
1. Boil the pasta in a large pot of water until well cooked, then drain and set aside.
2. Pour the olive oil in a medium sized cooking pan, on a medium heat, then add garlic until it turns gold.
3. Add lemon juice, chicken stock, and pepper to the mixture, then stir until it's all blended.
4. Add the garlic, along with parmesan and parsley on top of the pasta and bon apetit!
