What you will need: (serves 2)
14 Frozen strawberries
1 Chopped banana
1 Cup soy milk
1 Cup rolled oats
1 1/2 Teaspoon white sugar
1/2 Teaspoon vanilla
Steps:
1. Put soy milk, banana, oats and strawberries in the blender, and let it mix for two minutes.
2. Add vanilla and sugar to the mixture and let it blend again.
3. Pour the mixture in a glass and add whipping cream if desired.
