- 2 peach tea bags (caffeinated or not depending on preference).
- Nectarines (if not available, use peaches).
- Cinnamon sticks.
- Star anise.
- Honey or Stevia.
Steps:
1- In a small saucepan, bring honey, water, cinnamon sticks, star anise, and peaches to a boil. Then, lower heat and use a spoon to stir and crush the peaches to infuse the flavor.
2- Once all the ingredients are well combined, cover, remove from heat, and let cool for 25-30 minutes.
3- While the mixture is cooling, brew your tea in a large pot or a tea maker.
