Having a double chin has little to do with your weight, in fact, many people who suffer from a double chin are within the normal weight range. Even a skinny person can suffer from a double chin!
So, to get rid of your double chin, you need to do simple exercises. And if you regularly exercise, then your chances of having a double a chin are low. Here are five exercises to get rid of your double chin fast.
1. Warm up.
Like any physical exercise, you need to start with a warm up to start up muscles. So move your chin forward and backward several times.
2. Blow a kiss.
Sitting with a straight back, lift your head up to look up to the ceiling. Then in slow motion, blow a kiss to the ceiling.
3. Stick the tongue out.
This exercise will probably be better performed when sitting alone, because you need to stick out your tongue and try to reach your nose with it. Don’t worry if you can’t, just try to do it, the muscle work is what we need here.
4. Jaw resistance.
Sit on a desk or a table, and put your fists right under your jaw, push your jaw against your fists several times.
5. Turning heads.
Sit up straight and turn your head to the right, push your lower jaw forward and then pause for 5 to 10 seconds. Turn your head to the left, push your lower jaw forward and then pause for 5 to 10 seconds.
