I'm here to tell you about one blessing that technology has given us, the applications below that have helped me with calmness and better sleep before bed. Sometimes, certain days or weeks can be stressful, so much that even bedtime is not relaxing and thoughts suddenly start rushing to my head at 1 a.m. When I'm having one of those days, I pull out one of these apps to help with something I find difficult doing on my own, which is mediation. Because they have guided narration, it's easier for me to focus on what they're saying and give my body and mind a healthier approach to awareness. After a couple of minutes, my tense body relaxes and dozes off to a goodnight sleep, wakeing up in a much better mood than the night before.
