After the end of fashion week in New York, London, Milan and Paris for the Spring/Summer 2020 collections, we wanted to bring the spotlight on the bridal looks and wedding dresses that can inspire brides-to-be this year. A lot of brides these days like going for more than one wedding look and some of these would be perfect for pre-wedding parties or events.
Full Wedding Gowns
Carolina Herrera - Christophe Guillarmé
The classic full wedding gown was seen on a couple of runways with different interpretations for different tastes. At Carolina Herrera, the white gown has a statement ribbon with a floral print on the chest. Christophe Guillarmé had a simple classic satin off-white wedding dress.
Short Wedding Dresses for a Modern Bride
David Koma - Oscar de la Renta
A lot of brides these days like to go for short dresses or short in the front-long in the back, especially for engagements or pre-wedding looks. Oscar de la Renta had a stunning short bridal dress on the runway with black floral detailing. There were also short dresses at Moschino, David Koma and Christophe Guillarmé.
Suit and Jumpsuit Bridal Looks
Alexander McQueen - Genny
We love a cool modern bride who opts for a wedding jumpsuit or a chic bridal suit. There were so many different looks at fashion week that would be perfect for that bride. The classic white suit at Victoria Beckham and the 2 piece that stole the spotlight at Alexander McQueen.
