Five Tips for Healthier Hair
Hair loss is one the most annoying things women can experience. Are you constantly picking up your hair off the floor? Since most of us get to see hair falling while just passing our hands through our hair, so I decided to share with you tips to prevent hair loss.
1. Easy Relaxed Hairstyles
Pulling your hair strands really hard will make your hair follicles weak and irritated. If you leave them tightened for a long while, this will weaken your scalp and your hair will tend to easily fall during any combing process.
2. Less Hair Drying and Straightening
If you visit your hair salon twice per week, make it only once. Minimize the times you visit your hair salon to blow dry your hair. Get your hair moisturized through a hair conditioning season or another strengthening treatments. Give your hair some pampering.
3. Some Hair Food
Invest in a healthy regime and add so much fruit and vegetables to it. Fruits rich in vitamin C such as oranges, lemons and berries will hold the tissues of your hair together. Also proteins present in beans, nuts and grains will help generate hair growth and will also help in replacing lost hair fast. Seafood is also considered hair food as its loaded with omega-3 and vitamin D.
4. Exercise for Less Stress
Believe it or not, tension for hours can cause frizzier hair growing. Everyday stress makes your body exceptionally tired which diminishes the hair growth or even makes it slower. Blow off some steam and workout at least twice per week for a healthier lifestyle.
5. Oils and Massages
Remember your Grandma's favorite hair therapy? Hell yes, it definitely works. Put a couple of oil drops in the palm of your hands. Spread it evenly on your hair ends and scalp. Rub and massage your scalp using your finger tips for at least five minutes to enhance blood flow to your hair follicles. Rinse your hair with relatively warm water afterwards. If you get irritated while applying oil to your hair and massaging your scalp you can wear gloves.
