Also, not eating or drinking for several hours motivates your body to burn more from your existing fats to provide you with energy. And then your body starts to get rid of the toxins stuck inside. Besides, you should always break your fasting with water and hydrating drinks before eating, it’s a great way to help your body flush toxins out and help suppress your appetite.
