I'm back to nail art with another one that has gotten me approving of the idea of nail art. Monochromatic ombre nails or different color nails, have taken over my Pinterest feed and I'm not mad about it because I'm a sucker for a monochrome color palette.

This monochrome gradient nails trend is the newest and most chic approach to nail art, it' takes a step back from the traditional but still keeping it classic and minimal. It's also really fun to get to pick out the colors and stack them next to each other from darkest to lightest. I personally can't wait to grow my nails back to try it out.

The best thing about this is that there are so many directions you can go. You can stick to a pastel color palette, nudes or you can play with brighter colors and mix them up, it doesn't always have to be a gradient. You can also can also play around with the nail art design and go for half moon nails.

We're approaching fall so now you can start playing around with the deep red, burnt oranges and browns...Scroll down for some color inspirations to start ombre'ing your nail polish bottles.

But before you do so, here are some Fall 2019 nail polish collections with monochromatic shades so that you can start creating this different color nails trend.

1. Deborah Lippmann Limited Edition Natural Mystic

The possibilities are endless with this purple collection. You can switch up the gradient depending on your mood with a deeper subtle one or a bright berry one?

2. Essie Fall 2019 Collection

I love how here the colors are different but in the same color family so there are so many exciting ways you can play around with this. I would start with the green, then the metallic orange, creamsicle orange and then yellow!

3. OPI X Hello Kitty

This is a big collection with 15 shades of creams, shimmers and glitters because it's a holiday collection. So, this is for those of you who want to go big with the sparkle and the statement.
