3 slices of bread
Mayonnaise (optional)
2 pieces of romaine lettuce
½ cup of leftover turkey or turkey slices
¼ cup leftover cornbread stuffing
¼ cup of leftover or store-bought gravy
¼ cup of canned cranberry sauce
Salt and pepper.
Steps:
1. Layer all the ingredients between 2 slices of bread.
2. Make sure you dip that middle piece of bread in the gravy to keep your sandwich extra moist!

Joey’s Meatball Sub
Joey has got to save only one thing when he hears a backfire…his meatball sub!
Ingredients:
Meatballs:
¾ ground pork (replace it with beef if desired)
¾ ground beef
½ yellow chopped onion
2 tablespoons oregano roughly chopped
2 tablespoons of parsley roughly chopped
2 tablespoons of thyme roughly chopped
2 tablespoons of basil roughly torn
½ cup of breadcrumbs
⅓ cup of red wine (replace with beef broth if desired)
2 eggs
⅓ cup of toasted pine nuts
Steps:
1. Combine the ingredients and roll into balls and bake them off.
2. While they cook, make your marinara sauce (or heat it up). Finish the meatballs in sauce.
3. Take a hoagie roll and stuff with mozzarella and bake until the cheese melts.
4. Fill with meatballs and sauce and finish off with some fresh parsley.

Although Monica tried replicating Phoebe’s Grandma’s cookie recipe and made several batches, she was never able to pull off Nestlée Toulousé’s recipe. Good news! Now you can…
Ingredients:
2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup (2 sticks) butter, softened
3/4 cup granulated sugar
3/4 cup packed brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 large eggs
2 cups chocolate chips
1 cup chopped nuts (Optional. If omitting, add 1 to 2 Tbsp. of all-purpose flour.)
Steps:
1. Preheat the oven to 190° C.
2. Combine flour, baking soda, and salt in a small bowl. Beat butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla extract in a large mixer bowl until creamy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Gradually beat in flour mixture. Stir in chips and nuts. Drop by rounded tablespoon onto ungreased baking sheets.
3. Bake for 9 to 11 minutes or until golden brown. Cool on baking sheets for 2 minutes; remove to wire racks to cool completely.

Rachel and Chandler’s Cheesecake
It was so good that they ate it off the floor!
Ingredients:
2 pkg. (226 gm each) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
85 gm white Chocolate, melted
1 chocolate cookie crumb crust (170 gm)
3 Tbsp. raspberry preserves
Steps:
1. Heat oven to 180° C.
2. Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla with a mixer until well blended. Add eggs; mix just until blended. Stir in chocolate. Pour into the crust.
3. Microwave the preserves in a small bowl on HIGH 15 sec. or until melted. Dot top of cheesecake with small spoonful of preserves; swirl gently with knife. (skip this step if you want it exactly like Rachel and Chandler’s)
4. Bake for 35 to 40 min. or until the center is almost set. Cool. Refrigerate for 3 hours.

Monica’s Raspberry Jam
Monica had to keep herself distracted after breaking up with Richard. Apparently she got carried away…
Ingredients:
4 cups raspberries
2 cups sugar
Juice of 2 lemons
1 tablespoon butter
Steps:
1. Throw the berries, sugar, and lemons in a saucepan.
2. Turn your burner on medium heat and stir the mixture constantly until it boils.
3. Lower the heat and cook for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. The jam will look soupy and this is okay!
4. Remove jam from heat after 30 minutes and stir in butter.
5. Pour into a jar and cool before refrigerating.
6. Eat on toast. Put on ice cream. Eat plain. Just enjoy!

Chandler’s Anti-Thanksgiving Grilled Cheese
When you hate Thanksgiving like Chandler, you’ve got to stay prepared.
Ingredients:
Tomato Jam:
2 tablespoons of ground cumin
1 kg cherry tomatoes
1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
Zest and juice of 1 lemon
1 cup of brown sugar
1 cup of water
1 medium sliced onion
1 tablespoon of vegetable oil
Grilled Cheese:
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 yellow sliced onions
Softened butter
1 sourdough loaf cut into 12 slices
24 slices of cheese of your choice.
Steps:
1. For the tomato jam, combine all ingredients in a saucepan and cook them down until the mixture reduces into a jam. Keep stirring occasionally.
2. Cook down the onions and assemble the grilled cheese in the bread. Rub the soft butter on the bread and cook the grilled cheese open face. Fill with onions and tomato jam and enjoy!

Sympathy Crab Cakes
“You’re making money off my misery?” Sorry, Ross. Being stood up is tough!
Ingredients:
1/3 cup heavy-duty mayonnaise
2-½ tsp Dijon mustard
1-1/2 tsp Old Bay Seasoning (or cajun seasoning)
1 tbsp chopped Italian parsley
½ tsp chopped tarragon
1 tsp lemon juice
Zest from half a lemon
1 egg
450 gm jumbo lump crab meat
½ cup panko bread crumbs, divided
Olive oil
Steps:
1. Mix together mayonnaise, mustard, Old Bay Seasoning, parsley, tarragon, parsley, lemon juice, lemon zest, and egg.
2. Fold in crab meat and half of the panko; let rest for 1 hour before shaping into four cakes. Dip shaped crab cakes in remaining panko on both sides.
4. Sauté in olive oil and finish in a 180 C oven for 7 to 10 minutes.

Thanksgiving Yams

Ingredients:
3-4 yams, peeled, (or sweet potatoes)
2 tbsp pure maple syrup
2 tbsp butter or ghee, (or coconut oil for dairy free)
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/4 tsp cloves
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1 orange, zest and juice
Steps:
1. Peel and cut your yams into cubes.
2. Boil the yams until they are soft, but not mushy, about 10-15 minutes. Once they are done remove from heat and drain them.
3. Return drained yams to the same pot and mash, keeping them a little clumpy.
4. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix until everything is combined.
5. Serve your Thanksgiving yams or place them in an oven safe dish and reheat later for serving.

The Male Nanny’s Lemon Madeleines
Ross hated everything about that male nanny except for his so soft lemon madeleines.
Ingredients:
2 eggs
1/3 cup granulated sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon almond extract
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon lemon zest
1/2 stick unsalted butter
Powdered sugar
Steps:
1. Combine eggs, granulated sugar, and salt in a large bowl. Use a whisk or handheld mixer to beat eggs for about five minutes until pale and fluffy.
2. Add vanilla and almond extracts to the mixture. Sift in the all-purpose flour with lemon zest and mix on low speed until incorporated. Mix in melted butter.
3. Spray madeleine mold with cooking spray and gently spoon mixture in with a spoon. Bake madeleines for 8-12 minutes until the tops are springy to the touch.
4. Let madeleines cool for 10 minutes and dust with powdered sugar (optional). Enjoy!
