Six Tips to Fight Wrinkles Naturally

Did you ever find yourself googling how to fight wrinkles naturally? They say every girl's dream is to find the perfect guy. We say every girl's dream is to grow old without wrinkles! The battle with wrinkles at an old age can be eliminated or even reduced if you just bear in mind some tips and tricks on how to fight wrinkles naturally. Instead of spending a fortune on creams that might include chemicals, here I am offering every woman out there some natural remedies and tips to fight wrinkles naturally:

1. Always Wear Sunscreen!

Most of us love sun, don't we? Yet to avoid the harmful effects of being subjected to the sun, make sure you don't leave your house without wearing sunscreen. Not only will it prevent your skin from sagging but also it will act as a skin moisturizer. Opt for the sunscreen with the highest SPF number in order to fight wrinkles the best way. 

2. Beauty Sleep

Sleep makes you beautiful and wrinkle-free! And NO, I'm not exaggerating. According to a British study, sleep makes you look fresh and more attractive. When you sleep less, your body automatically produces hormones that make skin cells break down. Get from 6-8 hours of sleep everyday. Adequate sleep works like magic and is a guaranteed way to fight wrinkles naturally!

3. Watch Your Intake of Food

You may be unaware that junk and sugary food contribute to wrinkle formation! I'm very sorry to tell you to stay away from your favorite Haagen Dazs (in excess amounts that is). Food like fruits, vegetables, salmon (fish in general), and avocado have the ability to make your skin literally glow and can fight wrinkles naturally. Protein and fatty acids in salmon helps in building the skin while Vitamins A and D that are present in fruits, vegetables and avocado will nourish your skin and make it look more youthful. 

4. Quit Smoking Right Now!

Not only does smoking age the skin, but also it leaves the same effect on people around you! While smoking, some enzymes are produced that break collagen and fresh cells of your skin which causes wrinkles. If you're not a smoker, try to avoid places that has too much smoke as well and this way you'll be fighting wrinkles naturally.

5. Exfoliate

Dead skin makes wrinkles show. When you exfoliate, you allow your skin to shed dead cells away and maintain even and bright skin. In order to fight wrinkles naturally, massage your face with a natural home-made scrub at least once a week and you'll notice the difference! Drink lots of water too, it will help regenerate and renew your skin.

6. The golden tip by Soraya Shawky

Not so long ago, the beauty blogger Soraya Shawky posted a golden tip on her IGTV given to her by the lovely star Mona Zaki on how to get rid of wrinkles and fine-lines using frankincense, you can basically wipe your face with it , or just drink one shot every morning, this is natural collagen for the face and if you checked reviews on it online, the results are shocking.

Ingredients:

1/4 cup of boiled water

1 Tbsp of frankincense 

Steps:

- Dissolve the frankincense in the boiling water

- Leave it to soak for 12 hours

- Soak a cotton disk in it an swipe on your face every morning

- Leave it on your face for 15-12 mins then rinse

- Keep in the refrigerator
