600 gm Salmon
2 Tbs melted butter
2 Tbs olive oil
2 Tbs soy sauce

Steps:
1- Marinade the salmon in the melted better, olive oil, soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, brown sugar, dijon mustard, and red pepper flakes.
2- In a baking pan, lay sliced lemon at the bottom and add the salmon on top then pour the marinade all over the salmon. Leave it for an hour in the fridge, covered.
3- Leave the salmon in room temperature 15 minutes before placing it in the oven.
4- Brawl the salmon for 10 minutes, take it out and ensure that the sauce is covering it, then place it in the oven again for 5 minutes.
