Honey Glazed Salmon

600 gm Salmon
2 Tbs melted butter
2 Tbs olive oil
2 Tbs soy sauce
2 Tbs honey
4 cloves garlic
2 Tbs brown sugar
2 Tbs dijon mustard
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
1- Marinade the salmon in the melted better, olive oil, soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, brown sugar, dijon mustard, and red pepper flakes.
2- In a baking pan, lay sliced lemon at the bottom and add the salmon on top then pour the marinade all over the salmon. Leave it for an hour in the fridge, covered.
3- Leave the salmon in room temperature 15 minutes before placing it in the oven.
4- Brawl the salmon for 10 minutes, take it out and ensure that the sauce is covering it, then place it in the oven again for 5 minutes.

3 long shallots
500 ml olive oil
500 ml garlic oil
Zest of 2 lemons
½ large bunch of fresh coriander
10-12 pickled chilies
Juice of ½ lemon
1- To a bowl, add sliced ring shallots, olive oil, garlic oil, lemon zest, roughly cut coriander, roughly cut chilies, lemon juice, and salt. Mix well.
2- Cut the feta cheese into small cubes, place them in a glass baking pan (don't worry; we're not baking the cheese), and then add the marinade.
