Ingredients:
- 2 1/2 cups of granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup of unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 cup or 2 sticks of butter
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1/4 tsp kosher salt
- 5 cups of oats
Steps:
1. In a pan over medium heat, melt the sugar, cocoa powder, butter, and milk.
2. Bring mixture and let it boil for 1 minute.
3. After removing the mixture from the heat, stir in the peanut butter and salt, then stir in the oats.
4. Take some of the mixture onto a tablespoon and drop it onto parchment paper. Repeat the steps for the rest of the mixture, then let it cool for 2 hours.

1/2 Cup Milk

Ingredients:
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1 cup quick-cooking oats
- 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 3/4 cup melted butter

- 1 cup of semisweet dark chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- 3/4 cup caramel ice cream topping
- 3 tbsp all-purpose flour
Steps:
1. Mix the flour, baking soda, oats, brown sugar, salt, and melted butter to combine.
2. Press half of the mixture into the bottom of a pan; bake for 10 minutes at 175 degrees.
3. Then let it cool, and sprinkle over the crust the chocolate chips and chopped nuts.
