Being a coffee enthusiast, I've often wondered why magic occurs once I take my first sip in the morning. In addition to having coffee and giving me an excellent excuse to get up in the morning, it's much more than that!

Once you realize what coffee actually does to your body as a woman, if you are a coffee addict yourself, you will fall in love with your magical black beans all over again. Literally, it can save your life.
Six Reasons Why You Shouldn't Skip Your Cup of Coffee in the Morning

-A healthier you…

Your liver will appreciate it

I was told that studies demonstrate that coffee may protect against liver disorders in part because antioxidants, which account for the majority of coffee benefits, are present. Not just to those who are fortunate enough to be free of those illnesses, but also to those who are already harmed. According to studies, non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (a common type of liver disease related to obesity). Coffee is linked to a lower chance of developing liver cancer and cirrhosis, an advanced form of liver scarring.

A less dangerous type 2 diabetes

The use of coffee, whether caffeinated or decaffeinated, may actually lower your risk of type 2 diabetes, according to studies.

How? I discovered that over 100,000 persons were followed by Harvard researchers for about 20 years. Their focus was on a four-year span, and this 2014 study later published their findings.
It has been discovered that those who drank more coffee—more than one cup every day—had an 11% decreased risk of type 2 diabetes.
The chance of acquiring diabetes rose by 17% for those who cut back on their daily coffee drinking by one cup. Nothing about sipping tea was different. Why coffee has such a great effect on the onset of diabetes is unclear.

Great memory indeed

When you're attempting to concentrate on your work, your studies, or even throughout your regular day, drinking coffee is always relatable. Does it truly influence your brain's ability to remember things or to maintain its finest state, as well as your memory to remember all the chores you need to complete?

Alzheimer's disease progression might be slowed down by coffee.

Those with high blood caffeine levels, which are equal to around three cups of coffee, were shown to have a much lower risk of developing Alzheimer's disease when they were examined initially and again two to four years later in older adults with mild cognitive impairment. According to the Florida study.

It might aid in preventing cancer

Data on 67,470 women between the ages of 34 and 59 who were followed for approximately 26 years were examined by Harvard University researchers. Women who averaged four or more cups per day had a 25% reduced chance of developing endometrial cancer than those who drank little to no coffee, and those who drank two to three cups per day had a 7% lower risk.

Although the National Institutes of Health-funded study does not conclusively show that drinking coffee lowers cancer risk, the researchers do believe a cause-and-effect relationship exists.

A healthier hair indeed

Have you ever noticed that a lot of hair products have caffeine as a primary ingredient and that doctors always suggest it for either healthy hair or hair growth?
A reputable source claims that coffee helped to counteract DHT's harmful effects on male hair follicles. It encouraged the growth of longer, broader hair roots by promoting the lengthening of hair shafts. It also prolonged the period of time during which the hair is in the anagen stage. The study, which also looked at caffeine's impact on male hair follicles, found that caffeine had a growth-promoting effect on female hair follicles.

A face that is always glowing makes aging beneficial

Many of our skincare products include caffeine, just like our hair products do. See why?

-UV protection: UVB protection is a property of coffee. Coffee oil has been shown to selectively block light between the wavelengths of 280 and 320 nm, allowing the skin to brown while shielding it from solar erythema.

-Skin firming: Caffeine, which increases blood microcirculation and has anti-inflammatory properties, is found in coffee grounds and oil.

-Fight skin problems

Finally, drinking your coffee could be good for your health too, so make sure not to overuse it!
