From the very first moment Amy steps into Florence, we get to see the beautiful streets, vintage hotels, and an overall feeling that this place belongs to your heart. Throughout the series, we see that Amy heads to Sicily to see Lino’s parents and we cannot describe enough how breathtaking the city is. In our humble opinion, no language in the world sounds more musical than Italian! Listening to natives chat and joke around in Italian is music to the ears. Moreover, it is a fun language to learn. You don’t have to dig deep and learn grammar, but some basic words that facilitate communication are enough to get you fascinated with the language.
Weather
Although Italy can get a bit cold in the winter, it is still acceptable weather that you can enjoy, especially if you’re a winter lover. The weather in November is approximately 16-20C, which is great. However, if you prefer hotter weather, we suggest you visit Italy in May. We also recommend that you stay away from tourist months (July-August) because it gets really crowded.
Distance
Italy is one of the closest European honeymoon destinations to Egypt. The tickets are affordable and it takes around 3 hours to be there. People from all over the world come to visit the beauty of Italy, so we’re lucky that it is close to us.
